Collaborations
Our success is due in large part because major non-profits believe in our programs. We were so grateful to partner with Banfield Foundation for their flea/tick grant for supplying Cat Revolution so we could treat our community cats. The GreaterGood Food Rescue Bank for their truly life saving food donations that help feed our most marginalized pets.
Georgian Bloomberg and the Bloomberg Philanthropies for their very generous donations. This donation will help us provide hundreds of free sterilizations here in Vieques.
Partnerships
Our organization does not work alone, nor in a bubble. We work closely with the Municipality of Vieques, who understands and appreciates our island mission. Together we identify humane needs and help them on an ongoing basis, improving the care of animals while keeping those animals in the family. It is not lost on the local government, that controlling the roaming animal population through humane sterilization, improves the public health of the island, and increases the desirability of Vieques as a desired holiday destination.
