Mission Statement
Our Big Fat Caribbean Rescue is dedicated to improving the lives of Vieques' animals by providing free spay/neuter, non-profit veterinary clinics, thereby strengthening the human-animal bond through Community Outreach and Education. We believe helping an animal helps a person, their family and their community.
